Koreanmart has introduced a return & exchange policy with many incentives for customers to facilitate customers to buy products...

In order to facilitate customers to purchase products while saving on shipping costs, Koreanmart has introduced a return & exchange policy with many incentives for customers.

I. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Koreanmart is always committed to delivering to customers 100% new products in the best condition, intact and exactly as ordered.

1. Returns and refunds will be considered as follows:

  • The product is unsealed, delivered with incorrect quantity, information and design compared to the order.

  • Products damaged due to manufacturer's faults that differ from the manufacturer's published quality standards or due to deformation, scratches, stains, cracks, etc. during transportation.

  • The product expires on or before the date the product is delivered to the customer.

  • Not applicable to products in the restricted return category or products with restricted return notes in the product description.

2. Return conditions

  • The product is intact, with full labels, original packaging, and sealed according to original specifications (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation).

  • The product comes with full accessories (user manual, warranty card, etc.) and gifts if any.

  • The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, and shows no signs of having been used.

  • Customers must also keep confirmation of purchase at Koreanmart (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement, etc.) and fill out all information on the return request form according to Koreanmart's form.

3. Time for exchange and return

  • Customers have 2 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

  • The time for requesting return is based on: if the customer brings the product to the store for return, the time is calculated when Koreanmart staff receives the returned product from the customer.

4. Return costs

  • For products exchanged due to Koreanmart or supplier errors, customers will be exempted from return fees and will receive free shipping to the location listed on the return request form.

  • For products returned due to customer's change of usage needs, customers will be exempted from return fees and will have to pay shipping fees according to Koreanmart's shipping policy if they want to have new products sent to the requested address.

5. Refund Policy

Refund method is based on customer's payment method when purchasing.

c. Processing time

Koreanmart will respond to the customer's return request via Email or SMS within a maximum of 2 working days from when Koreanmart receives the product back.

If the return request meets the requirements in Section 2, Koreanmart will process the refund for the customer from the time the return request is made within the following time:

Koreanmart will complete the refund procedure within 1-2 working days and send the request to the bank for processing and refunding to the customer's account.

Koreanmart is not responsible for any product damage during transportation to Koreanmart.
